This London health spa day is a truly luxurious experience, combining beauty treatments and tranquillity with the chance to make the most of the Grade II Listed hotel and spa's superb location right in the heart of central London's shopping and theatre district. We're thinking a bit of shopping, a nice lunch somewhere, followed by your spa session with treatments included...

Your mini manicure and pedicure are taken in a unique glass room suspended over the pool, then you'll move to the adjacent treatment room for your choice of 30 minute body massage or 30 minute facial. The spa uses Dermalogica products, which are developed to boost skin health and all free from common irritants and ingredients that can cause breakouts. The spa specialist will select and use products that are suitable for your skin type.

Afterwards, you are invited to enjoy the main spa facilities at the hotel, which offer that perfect escape from the hustle an bustle of central London. There's the heated indoor swimming pool as well as sauna and a fitness room for you to test out if you're feeling energetic after your treatments.

By the end of your London health spa day, you'll be relaxed and refreshed, ready to enjoy the bright lights and shopping of the capital. The spa is superbly located just off Regent Street, so you can plan shopping and eating out around this experience to make for a full day out.

Your package will consist of a series of mini treatments including a shape and polish on your fingers and toes, followed by your choice of either a 30 minute massage or 30 minute restore facial using dermalogica products. Overall treatment time is 90 minutes. You will also have access to the spas relaxation areas, sauna and swimming pool. Towels, robes and slippers are provided.
Perfect pick me ups are available on weekday and weekend dates throughout the year.
The Spa is located at The Courthouse Hotel conveniently located in the heart of Soho near Oxford Street and Regent Street.
A minimum age of 18 is required to enter the spa. Please bring swimwear along with you.
There is no public access to the spa however friends and family are welcome to take advantage of the hotel's 5 star facilities which include 112 rooms and suites, an award winning restaurant, a brasserie, bar and even a private cinema. Bookings and reservations usually need to be made in advance. The surrounding area offers a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment making this experience an ideal focal point for a trip to London.
