On a more relaxing theme the orientally inspired spa areas provide a tropical oasis of heat, steam and water and features a stunning hydrotherapy spa pool, relaxation pool, sauna, steam room, sanarium, plunge pool and heated relaxation beds. The ideal way to relax and detoxify before entering the beautiful therapy rooms, where elements of warmth, candlelight, soothing music and delicate fragrance combine to create a sensual tranquility. At Hampton you can also use the Deep Relaxation Room for 30 minutes.

Use of the facilities including gymnasium, swimming pool, hydro pool, relaxation pool, sanarium, sauna, steam room, plunge pool and relaxation area. Luxury robes, towels and slippers along with a locker to secure your belongings. Refreshments on arrival, along with a healthy light lunch (soup or a sandwich).
This day pass can be used at either venue, Monday to Thursday. Opening hours are 10.00am - 10.30pm.
Amida at Hampton is built within 70 acres of parkland (previously Twickenham Golf Course), nestled between Twickenham and Hampton. Amida Beckenham is located in 9 acres of parkland on Stanhope Grove, Beckenham.
You will need to bring exercise wear and swimwear. Minimum age is 18 years.
This activity is not suitable for spectators although additional visitors may be able to pay for entry on the day. Both venues provide gym, pool, wet spa areas and relaxation areas. Hampton also has a 9 hole golf course. Free parking on site.
