The Mens Pamper Day includes:-
Massage 25 minutes
Facial 25 minutes
Scalp Massage 25 minutes
Use of the facilities including gymnasium, swimming pool, hydro-pool, relaxation pool, sanarium, sauna, steam room, plunge pool and relaxation area.
A luxury robe, towels and slippers along with a locker to secure your belongings. Refreshments on arrival, along with a healthy light lunch (soup or a sandwich).
At Hampton you can also use the Deep Relaxation Room for 30 minutes
This day pass can be used at either venue, Monday to Thursday 10.00am - 10.30pm.
Amida at Hampton is built within 70 acres of parkland (previously Twickenham Golf Course), nestled between Twickenham and Hampton. Amida Beckenham is located in nine acres of parkland on Stanhope Grove, Beckenham.
You will need to bring exercise wear and swimwear. Minimum age is 18 years.
This activity is not suitable for spectators although additional visitors may be able to pay for entry on the day. Both venues provide gym, pool, wet spa areas and relaxation areas. Hampton also has a nine hole golf course. Free parking on site.
