A Lovers Pamper Day at either of Amida's two award winning spas in Kent or Middlesex, provides the perfect way to treat yourselves and spend some quality time together. As well as providing access to the wide range of spa facilities guests will also enjoy refreshments on arrival, a healthy lunch and three luxurious treatments each.
If you are feeling energetic you can make use of the beautiful 25 metre swimming pool, specifically designed for anyone looking to clock up some laps in a relaxed, stress free environment. There is also a superb gym with a wide range of modern, user friendly equipment waiting to put you through your paces.
On a more relaxing theme the orientally inspired spa areas provide a tropical oasis of heat, steam and water and features a stunning hydrotherapy spa pool, relaxation pool, sauna, steam room, sanarium, plunge pool and heated relaxation beds. The ideal way to relax and detoxify before entering the beautiful therapy rooms, where elements of warmth, candlelight, soothing music and delicate fragrance combine to create a sensual tranquility. At Hampton you can also use the Deep Relaxation Room for 30 minutes.
Inclusive Treatments: For ladies - 25 minute back, neck and shoulder massage, a 25 minute facial and a 25 minute manicure or pedicure (file and polish). For men: 25 minute back, neck and shoulder massage, a 25 minute facial and a 25 minute scalp massage.

The Lovers Pamper Day includes:-
Massage 25 minutes x 2, Facial 25 minutes x 2, Manicure or Pedicure (file and polish) 25 minutes, Scalp Massage 25 minutes.
Use of the facilities including gymnasium, swimming pool, hydro pool, relaxation pool, sanarium, sauna, steam room, plunge pool and relaxation area. Luxury robes, towels and slippers along with a locker to secure your belongings. Refreshments on arrival along with a healthy light lunch (soup or a sandwich).
This pass can be used at either venue, Monday to Thursday, 10.00am - 10.30pm.
Amida at Hampton is built within 70 acres of parkland (previously Twickenham Golf Course), nestled between Twickenham and Hampton. Amida Beckenham is located in nine acres of parkland on Stanhope Grove, Beckenham.
You will need to bring exercise wear and swimwear. Minimum age is 18 years.
This activity is not suitable for spectators although additional visitors may be able to pay for entry on the day. Both venues provide gym, pool, wet spa areas and relaxation areas. Hampton also has a nine hole golf course. Free parking on site.
