Your half day of fitness in Buckinghamshire continues with a healthy lunch and a chat on fitness and what to eat to stay healthy and keep your energy levels up, concluding with a month-long diet and fitness plan for you to take away with you. Afterwards you can opt to take part in a hike in the fresh air, or plump for a relaxing beauty treatment that's offered at half price to you.
