This parachute school in Cambridgeshire has its own airfield located near the town of March, Nr Peterborough.  Access to this skydiving school is particularly good being only one hour from the M25 on either the A1M or the M11. Countrywide parachuting experiences are also available on our main Skydiving and parachuting page. 

Static Line Course:  A course for those wishing to jump on their own.  Parachute jumps are made from 3,500ft using a static line, a system which automatically deploys your main parachute as you fall away from the aircraft.  All first jumps are recorded on video for debriefing purposes and copies can be purchased for £24 if required.  Allow two full days for this course.

Tandem Jump: You will exit the aircraft securely strapped to the front of your instructor who will control the freefall element of your skydive, open the parachute for you at around 5,000ft, and then steer your parachute safely back to the landing area for a soft controlled landing.  You may also elect to have a freefall cameraman jump with you to video or photograph your jump at an extra cost of £80 (this must be booked in advance).

Accelerated Free Fall Course (Level 1): An intensive introductory course for those wanting to learn how to skydive on their own from the word go!  This involves an initial day of training followed by your first skydive with two instructors from an altitude of up to 13,500ft.  It forms the first of eight stages required to become a qualified freefall parachutist.

Provisional membership to the British Parachute Association is included with each jump.

Availability: Tandem Jumps take place all year round, static line jump are usually at weekends but occasionally during the week.  AFF courses run on Thursdays and Fridays. 

Requirements: Maximum jump weight limit is 16 stone, anyone over 15 stone may be required to pay an extra £10 to cover additional workload for the instructor. Participants mustn't be overweight in relation to their height. Reasonable levels of fitness also apply. Persons over 40 years of age will require a medical form signed by their doctor prior to making their jump. Anyone under the age of 18 will require written parental consent. Minimum age is 16, upper age is 50 for static line and AFF courses. There is no upper limit for tandem jumps.

Spectators and Facilities:  This parachuting venue in Cambridgeshire offers toilets, showers and changing facilities on site, there is a cafe serving hot and cold food and drink throughout the day. There is also a club bar on site.  There is a variety of accommodation available, camping on site is free, there is also a communal bunkroom which is also free to stay in. The drop zone uses two Nomad N22B aircraft that can take 14 jumpers to an altitude of 13,500ft! Spectators are welcome to come and watch and can video the action from the spectator area. No pets are allowed on site.
