A full range of gliding options are on offer at our Lincolnshire venue, giving you the chance to choose the lesson that suits you.
There are gliding gift vouchers available for one winch tow, which gives you the most gentle introduction to gliding, with a shorter descent. Then there are options for one or two aerotows, with the clubs tug plane reaching between 1500 and 2000ft, before releasing you for your silent flight.
If you want to really get the hang of
flying gliders, opt for the one day gliding course. This gives you three aerotows and lots of tuition from your pilot instructor, with the presentation of a pilot's log book and three month membership to the glider club so you can carry on taking lessons.
Gliding lesson
vouchers are really flexible too, as the club operates seven days a week (subject to the great British weather of course!). The airfield is situated in the rolling Lincolnshire countryside to the west of the A1 between Grantham and Colsterworth - easily accessible from all over the East Midlands.
