What Can I Expect
Lessons with Turweston flying school! We are offering vouchers for 30, 60 and 90-minute trial flights out of this convivial and relaxed airfield just north of Brackley. Turweston is well-placed between Milton Keynes and Banbury and offers great views of the Northamptonshire/Oxfordshire border area.
The great thing about learning to fly at Turweston is that all flight operations and air traffic movements are managed by the school. So when you fly with them, you know you're at the heart of this small and friendly airfield.
For these lessons you'll be flying in a dual-control light aircraft, such as the Piper Cherokee. It's a great plane for learning to fly. Rugged, stable and forgiving, the Cherokee is a favourite of flying schools around the world.

Don't be surprised if you end up sharing a cockpit with a pilot who has flown priceless vintage aircraft, taken part in air displays around the country, served in the RAF as a jet fighter pilot or flown big Boeings commercially.
