Reach for the skies with a lesson at this friendly aeroclub in Oxfordshire! Just 15 miles North West of Oxford, this small airfield offers you the chance to fly in virtually unrestricted airspace, so you can really make the most of your flying time.
You can choose from 30 or 60 minute lessons in a four seater Piper Warrior, so a friend can join you in the rear seat to enjoy the splendid views of Oxfordshire, or take a flight in the rather unique Diamond Aircraft Industries' HK36 Super Dimona motorglider.
The Super Dimona is a fixed wing aircraft with a large wingspan that can be flown with or without engine power, so you take off like an airplane but can soar with the engine off - a fun an unusual alternative to a standard light aircraft.
The team at Enstone airfield is an enthusiastic group of aviators who will be only too pleased to introduce you to the world of flying from their delightful sportflying club in the middle of the Oxfordshire countryside. As well as having the chance to take the controls of the aircraft, you'll enjoy the views of the likes of Blenheim Palace and Heythrop Park from the air.
