The vouchers for exclusive ballooning flights are completely flexible too, as there is no need to specify a venue when purchasing a voucher, the recipients can choose where they would like to go when they book. After the safety briefing and inflation, your ballooning flight will last around one hour, offering a truly unforgettable experience as you sweep through the early morning sky.
Experience Summary: Exclusive 2 person balloon flights last around 1 hour and includes a traditional champagne toast, presentation of flight certificate and return transport to the launch site. Allow up to 3 hours for the whole experience including the chance to assist with the inflation and deflation of the balloon.
Availability: Exclusive ballooning is only available mornings, Monday to Friday. The flights run throughout the year, subject to weather conditions. Ballooning is sensitive to wind speed and weather. If you are unlucky with the weather you can rebook another date with the balloon operator. If you would like us to book a date and time when purchasing your voucher the weights of each participant will be required.
Requirements: You must be a minimum of 4'6" (1.4m) tall and weigh less than 18 stone (114 Kg). Minimum age is 8 years, under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible adult. You will need to climb into the basket and stand for the duration of the flight. The experience is not suitable for pregnant women. It is advisable to wear sensible outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear. Bring a hat and remember launch sites may be muddy in Spring and Autumn.
Spectators and Facilities: Spectators are welcome to watch the balloon depart and then follow the balloon, once it is airborne. Spectators can only enter the landing site with the permission of the ground crew.
