This World War Two vehicle driving experience gives you the chance to drive three vehicles which played a significant role during WW2 both on and off the battlefields.
First up is the odd-looking American M16. Half-tracked and half-wheeled, this WWII vehicle was built in 1944 with the mission of being an anti aircraft armoured personnel carrier. With a crew of three onboard (including one for the machine gun) the M16 could carry up to 10 soldiers. There'll be no machine gun battle fire today, but you'll have fun driving this strange metal beast!
Next is the GMC 353 which dates from 1941. Once again, this vehicle has it's place in World War Two history as a troop and munitions carrier. Many of these GMC 353s were deployed during the battles across both Europe and the Pacifics.
Lastly it's the iconic Willy Jeep. Churned out in their hundreds between 1941 and 1945 during the Second World War, these Jeeps responded to a military demand for agile 4x4s that were cheap and quick to build. The Willy's Jeep body shape meant they could be physically stacked for shipping to battlegrounds, but they weren't big on luxuries - the steering wheels were made out of plastic and the seats from steel. So many were built, but they were almost the disposable heros of WW2 and not many survive today, so it's rather unique opportunity for you to be able to drive a fully restored 'go anywhere' Willy's Jeep.

There is a choice of driving either two or all three of the military vehicles.
