Located just outside Market Harborough this special armoured vehicle driving adventure is an ideal gift for fathers of any age. Dads and Lads (or lasses) are kitted out in military overalls and helmets before riding onboard a 17 tonne armoured personnel carrier, thundering along the beautiful countryside.

Under the guidance of an instructor you will then climb up into the turret, take aim and fire the unique 40mm paintball cannon on a special target range. Afterwards it's Dad's turn to take the controls and have a go at tank driving. 

This experience is suitable for one adult and one child and will last approximately 45 minutes although longer duration tank drives are available. Ride with an instructor before target shooting with the main 40mm paintball cannon. Dads will then drive the tank. Mums and daughters are welcome of course! April - October on most weekends and selected weekdays. Evenings are also available during summer months. The experience is available November to March using a Bedford truck as a substitute vehicle. Tank driving activities are also available at other venues.

To ride as a passenger you must be at least 8 years old. If taller than 6’4” or heavier than 22 stone you may find it difficult to drive some vehicles. Access to some vehicles involves climbing into tight spaces. Overalls and helmets are provided as required.


Spectators are welcome to take pictures of participants in the vehicles and "see them off". Spectators may be able to ride as passengers, if there is room in the vehicles, for an extra fee of £10 payable on site. There are toilets and changing facilities on site with drinks and food available to purchase.
