This rally school will let you get down and dirty on their purpose built rally stage in their race-prepared Subaru Impreza rally cars. The purpose built stage in Chipping Norton is an ideal place to cut your teeth on the art of rally driving and regardless of whether you choose the half day or full day session you can be assured of a thrilling drive - much of it sideways! We also have a 'tarmac only' Subaru experience demanding different skills and techniques.
Half days begin with a welcome and safety briefing with complimentary tea and coffee. You are then taken on a familiarisation lap of the rally stage before climbing into the four wheel drive Impreza for the first of three driving sessions. The first two sessions allow you to learn and practice essential rally driving techniques under the guidance of a qualified instructor. This will include handbrake turns and controlled powerslides. By the third session your driving will have really improved so it's time to put your new skills to the test and enjoy timed laps against the clock and an assessment for the 'driver of the day' award.
The fun continues as you swap seats with your instructor and enjoy a high speed chauffeured ride and see how the professionals do it - hold on tight! We also offer a MKII Escort rally driving day in Lincolnshire too for those nostalgic drivers of yesteryear.
Your experience concludes with a prizegiving, each driver will receive a certificate of achievement and a trophy will be awarded to the 'Driver of the Day'.
Full days follow a similar format but include six driving sessions to allow you to really hone your driving skills, they also include a two course lunch at a local pub/restaurant to keep you refuelled.
