Outdoor fun on this Segway Experience In Hertfordshire! This former farm near Ware is now a bustling leisure venue with all sorts of activities both on water and on land, nestled in Hertfordshire's lovely Rib valley - so plenty to see on your Segway ride.

These mad little two wheelers are rather odd looking, but superb to venture off road with. All you do is stand on them and thanks to the gyros, you are kept stable and upright as you move around. As safety is paramount, you will be kitted out in a helmet and padding.

The sessions start on the induction circuit, where you learn how to mount and dismount these personal transporters, how to accelerate, brake and turn, progressing to a short obstacle course. Once you've got this cracked, you will head off on an instructor-led trip around the grounds.

Your Segway experience in Hertfordshire will see you getting to grips with this fun gadget as you discover the countryside around the activity centre. You'll be heading past the model car circuit, through the golf course and along towpaths next to the river Rib and the alongside the lakes (there are three of them!) as well as whizzing over fields. Brilliant fun.
