
Take the whole family for the ride of their lives with this Family 4x4 Ride in the wilds of Berkshire! OK, it's not the jungle, but this purpose-built off-road centre near Reading boasts water, mud, banks, berms and drops that you never normally see when driving.
Up to four people can be comfortably seated inside the robust Land Rover Discovery and once everyone is strapped in, you're off on your 4x4 ride. You might see these 4x4s on the roads, but believe us, being a passenger in one attacking serious steeps, hectic drops and deep, muddy waters is truly thrilling.
Kids and adults alike are bound to love this 4x4 expedition as you're driven around the most challenging obstacles on the course, all deftly handled by your expert 4x4 driver. You'll be amazed at just what these 4x4s can do when they are allowed out of the school car park!
This family 4x4 ride in Berkshire lasts around an hour and the price is for the whole vehicle which can seat four passengers plus the driver. Children as young as six are welcome to take part and at least one adult must be present in the vehicle.

Each vehicle can carry a maximum of 4 participants, which must include one adult. You will receive a welcome and safety briefing before climbing into the vehicle for your off road 4x4 drive by an instructor through the purpose built site which includes hill climbs, drops, gullies and side slopes. After the experience each participant will be presented with a certificate as a memento of their day. The ride will last approximately 60 minutes. Please allow a total of up to 75 minutes for the whole experience.

4x4 rides run 7 days a week throughout the year, subject to availability.

Experiences take place at a purpose built off roading site in Pingewood, Reading with easy access from M4 J11.

There is a minimum age of 6 years old to take part in this experience. Each group of 4 must have at least one adult. If a child normally uses a booster seat this will also be required during the ride. Please note this experience is not suitable for pregnant women or those suffering with back or neck problems.

Friends and family are welcome to attend and may spectate the experience free of charge from the viewing areas. There is a hotel adjacent to the off road site with a coffee shop serving refreshments.
