Go 4x4 driving in Leicestershire and get a taste of what an Isuzu Rodeo can do! This 4x4 driving session is rather unique as it's the only centre using Isuzus. The Rodeo has been produced in many guises around the world, but this mid-sized SUV has the stamina to take on many an off-road obstacle. 

Before you can get behind the wheel of the 4x4 and drive it around the bumps, humps and lumps in the Leicestershire countryside, the fully qualified off road instructor will take you around the specially built off roading course before it's over to you. Knowing how to drive a 4x4 on the road is one thing, but then taking them off road is a whole different driving skill.

It's all about clutch control, anticipating your next manoeuvre and having confidence in what the car can do - even when you're pitched so far over in a rut that you think you'll be rolling on the roof you won't. It's amazing what these 4x4 Isuzu Rodeos can do.

This 4x4 taster lasts approximately 60 minutes. Following a welcome and briefing on 4x4 driving techniques you'll be taken out by a qualified instructor who will demonstrate the capabilities of the latest Isuzu Rodeo or Ford Ranger. You'll then change places and you will drive over and through a range of obstacles. Afterwards you'll be presented with an individual driving certificate. Sessions run on regular Weekends and Weekdays throughout the year.


The venue is a purpose built driving activity centre near Loughborough.


A full UK or European driving licence will need to be presented on the day. You need to be able to drive a manual transmission. Drivers shorter than 5' or taller than 6'6" and/or weighing more than 20 stone may have difficulty being accommodated.


Spectators are welcome. Refreshments are available to purchase, toilet facilities and viewing areas are provided. In car DVD recordings are available to purchase on site. Sorry no pets are allowed at the venue.
