
Don't panic - that's the one of the first things you will learn on this skid control experience. After an initial safety briefing and welcome meeting, you will head out to the skid pan. Being purpose built and a good size at 60mx30m, this skid pan in Fife is the best environment in which to learn how to put cars into different skid situations and more importantly, just how to control skids and slides!
Two different types of skid control car are used to simulate different scenarios - a front wheel drive and a rear wheel drive car, giving an ideal experience for all drivers - it's a fun and informal way of learning practical skills that will improve your everyday driving awareness. At the end of the experience all drivers will receive a debrief and personalised certificate.

This two hour course operates with a ratio of three drivers taking turns to drive front and rear wheel drive cars on a 'wet' skidpan and brake and avoid lane. This just one of the

All drivers must hold a full UK or European driving licence and be able to drive a manual car. As long as you can drive a normal car there are no height or weight restrictions.

Spectators are welcome for no extra charge at this skid control venue in Scotland. The circuit is well-equipped for guests to come and watch the skid control experience.
