Come rain or shine, learn how to control a car in all weathers with this skid control training experience in Liverpool. At this off road centre there are three experiences to choose from, including a taster session or an extended session on a small group basis, or a one to one workshop.
The cars used on this activity are regular saloon cars that sit in special hydraulic cradles that can be regulated to simulate any skidding situation on the roads, including black ice, snow and heavy rain. During your course you'll tackle front wheel skids and rear wheel skids, learning how to control the car, whilst having great fun too.
Opting for the skid avoidance course gives you extended time in the skid control car to put into practice your new found skills and take part in a special figure of eight skid slalom competition with your fellow skid control drivers. The one to one course means you undertake your skid control training and then learn about ABS and non-ABS braking, to give you a full set of skid control moves.
