Go hovercrafting in Northamptonshire and it's wow factor guaranteed and miles of smiles! This hovercraft centre situated on the Grendon Lakes promises maximum fun as you enjoy a one to one hovercraft experience.

No hanging around waiting your turn to drive these hovers then, as your time allotted is just for you. You'll get tuition on how to control and drive the craft before being let loose on your 30 or 60 minutes of driving. If you want to bring along a partner or friend you can choose to share your driving time with them, no problem.

What sets this hovercraft centre apart is the lake. Far from being a watersplash obstacle, this is a full-sized lake so you'll have serious room to manoeuvre the hovercraft and that means accelerating to speeds of up to 40mph and busting out 180 and 360 degree turns.

The hovercrafts used are British designed and built Flying Fish, regarded as the most reliable, durable and safe personal hovercrafts on the market. We think you'll love these high adrenaline hovercraft experiences on the tranquil waters of this private lake.
Your exclusive experience will begin with a welcome and short safety briefing. You will learn to fly on land with an experienced instructor as you master the basics of hovercraft flight before taking to the deep water lake. All tuition is one to one with the instructor. Guests will also be presented with a personalised certificate. You can bring a friend along and share the driving time between you.
Experiences are available on most weekend dates excluding December, January and February when the site closes for winter.  Some weekday dates are available Wednesdays to Fridays
These hovercrafting experiences take place on the 30 acre deep Grendon Lakes near Wellingborough in Northamptonshire.
Minimum age 17 years, maximum weight 18 stone. All safety equipment and clothing is provided by the venue. Participants must bring along their own towel and must arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
Spectators are very welcome to watch the participants both on land and in water from the viewing areas onsite. The venue offers a large clubhouse with a licensed bar as well as changing and showering facilities. Guests are welcome to stay onsite after the experience and watch other activities taking place. Food can be arranged in advance. Ample parking is available.
