There'll be singing and dancing and eating at this resplendent Medieval Banquet in London! Back in the Middle Ages it was a riotous time with knights in their shining armour, flamboyant Kings and ruddy cheeked maidens. Hostelries were packed to the rafters with evenings filled with mead and hearty suppers.
All this is recreated at a very special venue in St Katharine's Dock in the east of London. As you walk through the doors you'll be instantly transported back to Medieval times. Tucking in to a tasty meal, the action takes place all around you, with knights sword fighting between the tables, jugglers, minstrels, tumblers, magicians and even contortionists all for you merriment.
Your four course meal is served by the singing and dancing wenches who keep the wine and ale flowing, as the entertainment continues around you. It really is a fantastic atmosphere and just how you imagine Henry VIII would celebrate the end of hard week of battles, divorces and beheadings. Once the feast has finished the evening is far from over, as you'll be able to dance the night away with a disco.
