English wine is becoming ever more popular, but this vineyard near Robertsbridge in Sussex is the longest-established organic vineyard in the country and the winery management team and owners will only be too pleased to show you around.

Set in the heart of 1066 country with far reaching views towards Battle, the vines grow surrounded by ancient bluebell woods in a unique setting that you'll get to explore on this experience. Your host will unravel the magic and mystery of organic and biodynamics, with a very absorbing tour and talk that'll see you visiting all parts of the winery and vineyard.

Once you've had a good look around this organic vineyard in Sussex, you will be guided into the lovely Bar-in-the-Barn for a tutored tasting of wines. Whites include the Bodium Harvest and Old Vine, with a nice Regent red and a refreshing rose too. Just like the tasting pros, you will be given a tasting sheet so you can note your thoughts and comments on each wine.
