Lunch on this cruise is from a set menu and includes delicious dishes such as a roulade, chicken en croute with fresh vegetables and panna cotta. On the Classic cruise you will enjoy starter, main and dessert from the set menu. If you opt for the Elite voucher you will be given the best seats on the boat, either immediately next to a window or right at the front of the vessel. Elite passengers will also benefit from extra touches to the service and menu, including wine and mineral water to accompany your luncheon and Fairtade tea or coffee to finish.
On the return leg of your journey by boat, you can listen to a live commentary as you glide past the landmarks of London, which is bound to include some quirky stories you just won't find in the guidebooks. There is plenty of time to both eat and take in the views, as the voyage lasts around an hour and a half. We highly recommend bringing along a camera so you can capture the moments onboard these special floating dining vessels.
All lunch cruise experiences embark from Embankment Pier just metres from Charing Cross station, so it's very easy to get to. You'll set off at 12:30 and dock back at a round 14:30. For both Classic and Elite lunch cruises you can choose to add tickets to the EDF London Eye, which you can use either before or after your meal on the river, to complete your fabulous day out.
