Enjoy a limited edition two for one half day cook and dine experience in Essex! This superb offer will see two of you taking part in a morning or afternoon cookery session at this professional school near Chelmsford.

The atmosphere is certainly informal and convivial, as you gather round the island kitchen taking it in turns to assist the expert chef in the preparation of dishes. There's plenty of opportunity to 'have a go' yourself and you'll be amazed at the food you'll be producing - and of course, you get to taste it all too. Wine and refreshments are included for you throughout the course too.

When it comes to deciding which half day cookery class you want to take, you'll be spoilt for choice. The school offer a wide variety including 'Easy Entertaining', 'Seafood Extravaganza', 'Cooking for the Family' and even 'Beginners Gourmet Dining' if you're hoping to impress in the kitchen. There are such good sized taster menus!

For these two for one half day cook and dine experiences you'll be part of a group of up to ten. Keeping group sizes small means that everyone can follow the chef and feel properly involved. You'll also be able to take notes on with cookery school pen and notepad and you leave with the all the recipes you've cooked.  Loan aprons are available.

A three hour cookery experience hosted by ex Masterchef contestant Ann Hood. Get hands on, create and eat the three courses that you make. Enjoy wine (no alcohol before noon) with your meal and take home a souvenir cookery school notebook, pen and recipe notes.


Classes are available on regular days Monday - Thursday and usually run from 10 am (morning session) or 2pm (afternoon session), lasting for three hours.


The cookery school is just outside Chelmsford in Essex.


Minimum age 16. These courses are not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy.
