What Can I Expect
‘The Chocoholic' is the original chocolate making workshop in central London! Giving cocoa fans in the capital the chance to partake in the indulgent culinary art of chocolate creation - and tasting!
You will be heading to the Hoxton East / Shoreditch area for your chocolate-centric workshop in the capital. In a funky warehouse unit, it's a veritable light-filled laboratory of chocolate loveliness, with fun and friendly chocolatier hosts to match.
Your workshop starts with your nose in a whole load of delicious chocolate samples. From raw cocoa nibs, to 100% pure chocolate!
Then it's time for you to dive in and get making your giant shape of chocolate. You'll Create your very own swirly, marbled design using professional dipping forks. It's a really cool and effective technique with very swish results that taste good too.
Your chocoholic session in London doesn't end there. You'll be lifting the lid on making fresh cream chocolate truffles next. Your flamboyant chocolatier host will show you how it's done, then it's over to you to dip and decorate chocolates using everything from dark chocolate ganache (delicious!) to sea salt and edible flowers. Oh yes.
The last part of these chocolate workshops in London lets you go wild with the wrapping for your chocolate-filled goody bag. Get those ribbons twirled and those fancy bows tied, ready for you to take them home. These fun and convivial workshops are deliciously good choccy fun that will make shop-bought chocolate bars seem totally dull in comparison!
