A chocolate course is a unique gift either for yourself or chocolate-loving family and friends. These particular chocolate day courses are available at venues Nationwide and offer 2.5 hours of chocolate heaven as you create gorgeous, rich chocolate that will have you licking your lips. To tempt your taste buds, the chocolate course starts with the history of chocolate and the wonders of cocoa, before allowing you the pleasurable task of sampling one of the mouthwatering chocolate fountains - seriously luxurious chocolate tasting! From that point, the chocolatier will take you on a choc-filled journey where you will create Belgian truffles before dipping them into chocolate, after which you will design and decorate your toppings!
What's more, you'll leave the chocolate kitchen with around 30 to 50 of those fine, genuine Belgian chocolate sweets that you created on the course - a scrumptious way to end the day with your handcrafted chocolate treats. Courses last approximately 2.5 hours and include:
- Learn about the history of chocolate and how it is made.
- Make Belgian truffles by hand from raw ingredients.
- Dip and decorate your truffles with a variety of toppings.
- Package 30-50 truffles to take home.
- Chocolate Fountain running throughout the event.
The chocolate courses are offered on regular Saturdays throughout the year, usually starting at 10:00 and 2.00pm.

The minimum age to join these chocolate courses is 14 years old. As the classes are hands on, please ensure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear, aprons are provided. You'll usually be part of a group of up to 20 guests on the day.
All venues are fully air conditioned so your chocolate creations are never in danger of melting! The activity is not suitable for spectators, but as you take away your creations friends and family will get to taste test the chocs. Disabled access may be limited at some venues. Parking can be limited so guests may need to consider using nearby pay to park facilities or public transport.
