Become fully fledged member of a SWAT team on this Hostage Rescue Experience! Of course it's only pretend, but imagine the scene... your special weapons and tactics team leader is getting a select group together for a 'job' that involves springing a hostage and you're in for the ride on this risky rescue mission.

Before you can go in on your rescue mission, you'll need to be across the plan and the basics, so the leader will teach you all everything from firing blanks from a pistol and room clearance skills, to tactics and use of pyrotechnics.

Then you'll be kitted out with all the gear and it's time for one last deep breath before it's game on to get your hostage out safe and well. You'll face tactical challenges, logistic difficulties and practical problems that will all need to be overcome if you and the crack team are going to liberate the hostage and catch the villains.

These hostage rescue experiences in Buckinghamshire are great fun and are not for real. Safety is of paramount importance and all the 'SWAT leaders' on the day are highly qualified in the military and espionage sectors and experienced in holding entertaining events.

- The experience lasts around three hours
- You will be kitted out with all safety gear
- You'll be taught pistol handling, firing, reloading, tactics, planning etc
- You take part in role play scenarios to find and rescue a hostage



- On selected weekend dates from April to November


- An outdoor ground equidistant from Oxford, Milton Keynes and Luton near Aylesbury Vale
- Easy access from the M1 and M40 motorways


- Minimum age is 16 years
- Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the day
- No live ammunition or weapons used on site and all pistols used comply with current legal and health and safety legislation
- Wear comfortable, casual clothing including a waterproof jacket and flat footwear
- Safety glasses, boiler suits, weapons and balaclavas provided for you

- Spectators are welcome, but need to remember that this is an experience at an outdoor venue and for safety reasons will need to obey instructions from the leaders on where they can go and stand to watch
- Toilets on site and drinks/snacks are available
