Fling yourself down a hill sphereing near Chester! Sphereing in Chester is available throughout the summer months and given the location, it's the great excuse to make a weekend of it, stay over in one of the farmhouses, B&Bs or on the campsite on the same farm. That way you can hit the beach after your spin!
You will be part of a group of people all taking part in sphereing on the same day in Chester, with each waiting their turn to roll. You should allow one hour on site and the roll will last 30 seconds. You will be strapped in to a harness and attached inside the ball.

The activity takes place at a farm near Holywell just over the border in Flintshire, west of Chester. Easy access from the main A55. We are reliably informed that this is the most extreme sphereing venue in the country.
For this experience you need to be at least 12 years old and any under 18s will need parental consent. The maximum weight for sphereing is 18 stone and the largest waist size is 60 inches. You cannot sphere if you are pregnant. Those with heart, back, neck or migraine problems will not be able to take part, similarly if you have had an operation in the last 12 months of have broken bones in the past. If you are thought to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will forfeit your go. The staff on the day will make the decision and their verdict is final. Please wear appropriate clothing for the activity - you will be barefoot inside the sphere.
The venue is a farm in the middle of the countryside, so there are plenty of hills to roll down, toilets and storage area on site, as well as refreshments offered. Friends and family are encourage to attend to watch the fun and there are various pubs and restaurants in the are, as well as the beach an easy drive away in Prestatyn.
