Go Snow Sphereing in Manchester! You won't be needing a harsh winter to enjoy this madcap experience, just head to the indoor snow dome in Manchester, where you'll find the mission control centre set up ready to prepare you for your roll…
The attendants looking after you will go through a safety briefing and then it's off to get changed into your special suit, boots and harness. A walk to the top of the run follows as the intrepidation builds, then once it's your turn you will be loaded into the big plastic ball with a snow sphere partner, strapped in and then released down the barriered run.
And yes, when you try snow sphereing in Manchester be prepared for lots of disorientation as you roll over and over until the 50ft ramp at the bottom slows you down to a stop. Good job the team is on hand to help you out, as we're sure you'll be feeling decidedly dizzy!

- Roll in the sphere down the 180 metre snow slope with up to 11 rotations
- You will be in a group of up to ten people with two riders allocated to each sphere
- All participants will wear special harness, overalls and boots
- Allow up to two hours on site for this activity
- This experience is available all year round, usually two sessions per month
- Off Peak sessions are available on midweek days up to 6pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
