First of all, you'll be shown how to handle to shotgun safely and how to aim accurately. Once kitted out with ear defenders and a padded vest and having listened to the safety initiation, you'll head out towards the traps. Each clay shoot is tailored to your experience, whether you're a total beginner or have already been shooting before.
The beauty of this clay pigeon shoot in Leicestershire is that the area is large enough to have clay pigeon traps offering a wide variety of 'game' to aim at, such as down the line, crossing pairs, driven, teal and even rabbit. Of course, no animals are harmed, the names refer to the type of clay and their trajectories, which have been designed to resemble how real hunting targets react.
We are offering shoots for two to 12 people maximum, making it an ideal outdoor activity for everyone from couples to families and groups of friends. There are 12 and 20 bore shot guns available, meaning children as young as 12 are able to take part too.

Your clay pigeon shoot in Leicestershire includes all equipment, tuition and a safety briefing. Once out on the traps you will take aim at either 25 or 50 clays, depending on the experience chosen.
