This shooting ground has its home on the magnificent 1400 acre Coniston Estate in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, near Skipton. It is one of the few venues in the country to have been awarded 'Premier' status from The Clay Pigeon Shooting Association, so you can be assured some of the best tuition and facilities in the country.
Fully trained instructors will help you make the most of your time at the ground and show you the skills needed to be a successful shooter. Try your hand at shooting many different types of clays as they mimic different animals such as rabbits, pheasants and partridge. There is even an 86ft tower so if you find those basic shots too easy to hit you can aim your sights a little higher!
Lessons usually last an hour and a half and include a coffee break half way so you can discuss your progress with the instructor before returning to the range to finish your shoot.

Your session will last approximately one and a half hours, single lessons will be 1:1 with instructor. Bookings for two or more may form part of a larger group of up to five people. All sessions include 30 clays per person, cartridges, gun hire and safety equipment.
Near Skipton with easy access from the M1, M6, M62 and M65. Manchester, Leeds, Harrogate and Preston are all less than an hours drive.
Minimum age is 12. These sessions are ideal for complete beginners. Maximum group size is five.
