Go clay pigeon shooting at this modern shooting ground in East Yorkshire just 10 miles outside Hull, that covers over 70 acres. With 100 traps (that's the machines that fire off the targets!) and 40 safety cages (that's where you shoot from!) that are fully automatic and computer controlled, the ground boasts no queuing and no waiting, so you maximise your shooting time. The centre has excellent shooting facilities for the novice or the experienced shooter and prides itself on the friendly, yet professional environment.

You can opt for either 25 or 50 clays and whichever you choose, both experiences start with a one to one safety briefing before you then get to fire at the targets, either solo or in small groups with the instructor always on hand to help and supervise.  A personal certificate of achievement is presented at the end of the session to each participant.

On site facilities are very good, with a well equipped clubhouse, complete with shop and resident gunsmith so spectators won't be bored! Nationwide clay pigeon shooting venues are available from our main shooting section.

Choose between a 25 or 50 clay target experience. All shooters must be satisfactorily briefed before being able to fire their gun. Briefing is done on a one to one basis, then you are either solo or with a small group for the shooting.


This East Yorkshire shooting ground is open 0900 to 1700, Tuesday to Sunday, all year round.


The minimum age for participants is 12. Younger children may be accommodated at the discretion of the operator. This must be discussed at the time of booking. All equipment needed is provided on the day, including guns of different weights to suit women and younger participants as appropriate. Comfortable clothing, ideally with some shoulder padding, and sensible footwear are recommended.


Spectators/family or friends are most welcome at this shooting ground in East Yorkshire where spectators can see all the action under a covered viewing area. Refreshments and other facilities are available in the well equipped clubhouse. The purpose-built shooting ground has 40 permanent safety cages for clay pigeon shooting and a wide variety of targets fired from 100 traps.
