This friendly archery and shooting venue is an ideal setting for short, taster archery courses in the Bedfordshire area. The bows and arrows supplied for your activity are light and easy to use, with a bit of expert schooling and the right steady stance we reckon you'll be hitting the target in no time, bullseye!
This is an exclusive one to one experience with just you and the expert instructor however you are welcome to share the fun moments and bring along a friend.
The venue, one the most renowned in the UK for shooting, offers an excellent range of facilities and if the traditional sport of archery isn't really your thing, you can choose (at no extra cost of course) to take a rifle range shooting lesson instead. The purpose built range is supervised at all times and after tuition you'll be aiming at round 'bullseye' style targets, drop down targets and even a little parade of fairground ducks!

Experiences are available seven days a week. The shooting complex is open Monday - Saturday 09:00 to 18:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 14:00.
The venue is half way between Rushden and Bedford with easy access via the M1, A1 and A14.
Anyone from 14 upwards can learn archery at this location. Under 18's must be supervised by a participating adult. Please wear flat heeled, outdoor footwear or boots and come sensibly dressed for the activity, bearing in mind the weather on the day. No pets are allowed.
Spectators are welcome to come to the lodge, however viewing of the archery or rifle action may be limited. Toilets and refreshments are available. The lodge has a comfortable indoor area providing hot and cold food, a bar, outdoor patio and toilets.
