Your full day starts with a meet and greet at Rob's Lakeside Lodge, before heading to the fishing cabin to get kitted out in everything you need to become a proficient fly fishing angler. An entertaining overview of the sport by Rob will explain a little bit about rods, flies and how to spot the best places to fly fish, before you head out onto the lawn to practice casting your fly rod and work on that technique.
After a break for lunch back in the lodge overlooking the lovely lake, you will spend the afternoon on the water in a motor launch. An appropriate spot on the south shore will be chosen according to the conditions on the day and you'll be fly fishing for Trout until around 17:00.
